I’ve had the opportunity on numerous occasions to see our SERVPRO of Jefferson City production team at work on many disasters. The days begins when the crew arrives early and settle in before their 8 o’clock punch-in-time.  They meet and with their operations manager who instructs each of them on their job(s) for the day and verification is made as to what equipment is needed; cars and/or trucks are loaded and then they set off on their workday.
