You Can't Beat a Good Water Review

There's nothing more pleasing to a business owner than receiving a review from a customer who gives your production crew wonderful accolades such as the ones that follow:

Thankfully we had never had to experience any kind of damage in our home. We had left for the weekend and came home to a valve in our vanity was heavily spraying water all over. We fixed that immediately, but was left with a mess. Our insurance gave us names to call and hearing how SERVPRO came highly rated from my brother, we called them. They got things started drying out immediately and I stressed how important it was to do it fast and furious as we were having company coming from Seattle on Friday.....3 days away. DJ and Jeanne did an amazing job! Jeanne even made a special trip herself in the dark and cold to bring a new dehumidifier. I felt bad, but she was very professional about it. DJ was also very nice. I enjoyed his personality and how knowledgeable he is.  -Rita
